The goal of this project was to restore the appeal of a weathered sandstone wall and surrounding landscape, while also adding functional stone paving. The natural wear of the sandstone presented challenges in matching new paving stones with the existing structure’s look and feel. Additionally, the old stone required delicate handling to preserve its character during restoration.
The installation process required meticulous planning, including leveling the ground, ensuring proper drainage, and selecting sandstone that matched the client’s vision. Despite the challenges, the result was a seamless blend of restored elements and newly installed stone, providing a cohesive and timeless aesthetic.
